The Wisdom Panel™ MX Mixed Breed analysis is the most advanced DNA test available and detects the signatures of over 134 breeds recognized by the American Kennel Club (AKC) and should not be confused with less accurate DNA test alternatives.
How it works: Kit contains everything needed for your veterinarian to draw a small blood sample from your dog, which you then ship in a prepaid box to Mars Veterinary scientists who conduct the DNA analysis. An informative, comprehensive breed analysis report and product shipping is included in the purchase price.
The blood sample drawn from your dog will go through a complex analysis to detect specific combinations of genetic markers to help reveal the breed heritage of your dog. Complete refund if your pet’s breed is not identifiable.

Mutt Mystery Solved For the last six years I have wondered what breeds my little Mutt is made up of, assuming all Id ever have is theories. Two weeks after sending the small blood sample in, I received the coolest report from the Dog DNA Test scientists explaining her genetic makeup complete with colorful charts. Boy was I surprised...but now I can totally see the breeds that were detected in her. Especially the Cocker Spaniel, which I never would have guessed. |
