Rope Dog Collar. The unique design of this collar allows you to conveniently position the `V-ring` attachment at the top of the dog`s neck for quick leash clip-in. The one-of-a-kind all-metal Talon Buckle provides ballast (to keep the V-ring in place at the top of the neck) while ensuring a strong connection.
