Shipping Options and Rates

Muttropolis has partnered with the US Postal Service and UPS to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping options available. Most ground shipping orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. Expedited, large orders and oversized items will be shipped through UPS. Most orders ship within 1 business day after credit card approval, please see below for more information on available shipping methods. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may be subject to additional shipping charges. We are unable to ship to PO boxes at this time.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your US Postal Service or UPS Tracking Number. Orders may arrive in multiple packages as we ship directly from our stores and some items ship directly from the designer.

Ground Shipping - USPS Priority and UPS Ground Shipping - Two fast and affordable shipping methods for delivery within 2 to 6 business days depending on location. All orders ship from our Southern California store locations with orders shipping to the West typically arriving in 2 to 3 days!
